- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp of sugar (white)
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix milk, eggs, and butter together. Pour milk mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until blended.
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Drop batter in about 1/4 cup mixture. Do not flip until bubbles form and edges are dry (3mins). Flip and cook the other side for about 3 minutes. Finish batter.
Finishing touches: You can sprinkle with fruit (as pictured) and powdered sugar.
